  • Samuel Levy

    CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR

    Samuel, very often, finds himself thinking about what he‘s not thinking about. He’s the definition of a networker, as well as a lifelong learner. While intentionally custom building his skill set, some of his favourite analytical lenses are communication strategy, ecology and system thinking. Aside from overseeing our digital development and operations offices, he also conducts the convergence of our team and our clients toward mutually beneficial goals, thus establishing holistically sound projects and juicy connections.

  • Mickael Akkerman

    CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR

    Mickael has been an overthinker around the world, involved in many different things which at the end were neither things nor different at all. As an architect and designer driven by the integration of arts and sciences, he works to establish coherence between business and multimedia strategies. His perspective often evokes inspiration from biomimicry, philosophy and who knows what.

  • Manno França

    CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR

    Manno is a pro when it comes to mapping random things. He is an expert in geospatial intelligence and business strategy. He is currently director, trustee and advisor to various cross-sector organisations in the UK, US, Switzerland, New Zealand, Brazil, Spain and Argentina as well as a fellow of the Institute of Ecotechnics. Manno believes that, as a global species, we have the responsibility to leverage science and technology in order to foster a world that works for 100% of humanity, while nurturing our biosphere.

  • João Queiroz

    HEAD OF DESIGN

    João lives in Rio. He thinks he’s at work when surfing and that he’s surfing when working. Still always ready for the drop, he is a highly skilled designer with vast experience in strategy and brand management, eco-innovation, consumer experience for retail, as well as UX/UI.

  • Guto Crivelenti

    MARKETING DIRECTOR

    Guto has a lot of experience in not really getting to a point but kind of getting it. He is fascinated with the modern appliance of data in corporate communication, with a focus on building coherent messages on the web. He holds a degree in business administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and has been working mainly with Fintech and Proptech startups over the years.

  • Gui Costa

    STRATEGY LEAD

    Gui has a brain full of random bits of information about random things, which he learnt to translate into key insights. He dedicates his life to listening, reading, researching and talking - he figured that true meaning for him is in discovering something new. This is why Gui is responsible for spotting trends and bringing insightful strategies into our projects, with a special attention as to how brands can be more human and develop more sustainable relationships with the public and its environment.

  • Fabricio Miranda

    COLLABORATOR | ART LEAD

    Fabricio is everywhere without leaving wherever he is. A well journeyed graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in editorial design, he is an expert in data visualisation, the publishing market and he is crazy about infographics. Our favourite visual synthesis savvy is not only fast but has also the finesse to define how to turn information into instructive and dazzling graphics, just as easily as he speaks.

    We believe a key solution to all challenges in both natural and social ecosystems is communication. From a single cell to an international company, communication is the pathway for metabolic resource exchange, adaptability and longevity. We work to clarify and develop such regenerative relationships for healthier global networks.

    As careful listeners, we seek deep understanding of context to adapt each project we engage with to the type of gap and structure it requires in a given moment. Any living organism or organisation thrives when there is coherence between its interior and exterior connections.

    We develop coherent connections as communication projects. These vary from the exterior links of an organisation with its network to its most inner elements, respectively as visual identities and marketing channels, brand culture, purpose and essence.
